Come join me

Hi ya,

I'm now a few weeks into my soul searching sabbatical and I'm beginning to get shit done. #finally

This is what I have been up too....

  • Created a beautiful room with the help of Primark (the UK's version of Kmart) and I proudly fill with fresh flowers from Columbia Road Flower Markets, it's what I miss most when I'm at home.
  • Visited Sketch twice (a beautiful waitress even remembers me, I must be that loud) and probably have enough photos to get my through an Instagram lifespan.
  • Squinted at the art work in the Tate, somehow I forgot to take my glasses for a gallery, I've learnt my lesson. As cool as prescription glasses look in side. I feel its still too rude to wear inside a gallery.
  • Realised that there is a good chance I won't be getting my bond back from my past life. Now I get to budget a little tighter and bring you some #brokebitch tips and tricks.
  • Found some incredible pieces of clothing both vintage and new from up and coming designers and had some pretty magical #ootd if I do say so myself.
  • I've caught up with friends who I've not seen in years; where we've stumbled out of cocktail bars, cried on park benches, power walks and motivation talks around Victoria Park, laughed on dance floors and ask them to take a photo #blessed
  • Snuck in late to art house cinemas, gone to west end shows but still itching to get back stage at gigs, damn stateside tours!
So maybe I all ready was getting shit done in the first place, just filling my soul with joy and happiness. And for the first time in years I am truly happy and myself again.

I don't know where I'm going and most defiantly will not be boring, and if you ever have a moment come join me.

xx

thankful

I am thankful for my struggle
because without it, I wouldn't
have stumbled upon strength.
